There are Studios available to rent from £100 per week, Bedsits from £90 per week, Flats from £230 per week and Flatshares from £90 per week in the areas of Central London. (Please note some properties advertised on this site, where the current tenants have given a months notice, are not available for viewing until those current tenants have vacated.)
Since 1971, Flatland has assisted thousands of Landlords to advertise their vacancies in the areas of Central London, Zones 1 & 2 plus Zone 3. Landlords advertise their vacancies on this website on a daily basis and our Property advertisements are constantly changing as new flats, studios and rooms become available.
When you begin a Three Month Subscription, Flatland can provide you with contact information of landlords that advertise on the platform to view new vacancies. There is no limit to the number of Flats/Studios/Rooms you can view in a day. Once you choose your ideal property you will deal directly with the Landlord, who organise the contracts and collect any references required. You pay your deposit and rent directly to the Landlord. Flatland does not charge commission on the rent, therefore ensuring that you pay the cheapest price possible for your property.
(Flatland also provides a free contact service to tenants for properties OUTSIDE of London.)
