No living room but there is a bathroom (toilets included) and a kitchen to share with the other flatmates (1 Italian boy and 3 Spanish girls, average 25 years old). The kitchen contains a microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine and a dryer.
The flat also contains internet and heating for £606 pcm per month (140pw) all bills included.
The rent has to be paid every 5th of the month to the Landlord by cash or account transfer. The deposit is one month rent £606 pcm
The contract ends on the 15th of June so if you want to leave before this date you will need to find someone to replace you (as I’m doing now!)
