Located off Kingsland road in a relatively quiet new development, the flat itself is a ground floor flat in very recently converted old school building and has a very large open plan lounge and kitchen (modern and fully fitted with plenty of cupboards, large fridge and freezer gas hob, and dish washer). A small amount of garden space is available which opens out onto a larger garden space for tenants only. Smoking is not allowed in the flat; however one of us is a smoker so no problem if you are… we have that garden space! The gym can be accessed at any time and includes a bunch of equipment (running machine, cycle and rowing machines, multi-gym, cross trainer shower and sauna!) A concierge is around during the day to collect parcels and packages which has proved really handy!
