Single room to rent in our 3 bed house. It is a small room, but is currently furnished with a double cabin bed, which can stay in the room if you want it as it makes great use of the space. The other furniture in the room won’t be there, but we have bits and pieces that we can help furnish the room with.We have a cat, who is gorgeous and very friendly so you must be ok with pets.
We also have our own garden and free parking on the road outside. We park our cars there and have never had any problems. We are a busy house and are out at work a lot, but when we’re in we like a good natter, a Netflix movie and a cheeky take away!
We deal with the letting agent who is extremely good and there are no agency fees when giving references.
